Students participating in the Final Performances are asked to wear white and black. Both the choir and the Grade 3 Choral Speaking have been asked to attend. It is a privilege and an honor.

School Music Festival is tomorrow beginning at 9:15. Any students participating in any format here, must be wearing white and black - choir, orff band or any choral speaking groups.

Any outstanding School Tees orders will be accepted up to 9:00 on Monday morning. After that the orders that are here will be sent so that we can get the clothing items before the end of May.
All school Music Festival participants must wear white and black on Tuesday for the various school festival performances.
Science - communicate is due next class.
Math - Strategies Toolkit - study the concepts of how to check your work and do both questions 1 & 2 on page 145. Then, study the Explore and Connect in Investigating Angles in a Triangle. Do the activity with the triangle drawing on page 146 to make sure you understand the concept. Then complete questions 1 to 6 for Monday.
We understand that many students will be back and forth during this upcoming Festival Week. It is the student's responsibility to get and keep their school work caught up during this time.

Math - some students have a large amount of corrections and unfinished work to do - CoS, AM, DH and JB, MA, TH, MG, RA must also get corrections done for Friday morning. No excuses.
The angles review booklet is due tomorrow morning before you leave for skiing. Anyone not handing it in on time will be losing Friday privileges - recess, noon and being in the gym for our assembly. It's time to be responsible and do your best work.
Science - Communicate page 165 numbers 1 to 4 is due for next Science class.
If you are away for hockey tournaments, dance exams or competitions or Music Festival (next week), please let your teachers know well ahead of time. While efforts will be made to help you keep up, you must be responsible to do even more on your own.

Happy first day of spring. It's kind of hard to tell. But it is officially spring.
School Tees orders are to be in on Friday, March 23rd. You have had three weeks, so there is no need to delay it any longer.
Math - the Angles Review booklet is due by the end of tomorrow, or, at the latest, Thursday morning before you leave on the ski trip.
Science - Communicate page 165 #1 to 4 for next class.
If you are curling tomorrow, bring a lunch as the booth may not be open when you have time to eat.
Ski Trip is on Thursday - the bus leaves at 8:00 sharp. Do not be late. It will leave without you.
Try to get to the Library to renew or return books on Friday morning. That will be your only chance this week if you did not get there today.
Enjoy the snow. I'm sure we will get more before spring really springs.

The actual festival performances for the two local schools will be all day on Tuesday, March 27th. Videos and photos are not allowed to be taken of the student performances on March 27th.

Classrooms are being painted in our school on a daily basis this week and likely next. So, students and staff and all their things have been shuffled into vacant rooms on a temporary basis. It is rather chaotic around here.
